The way you follow determines where you will end; if you follow the right way, you will end up in a great destination. In the same vein, those who follow the dictates of the Word will always end up with a glorious future.

Following God’s way is the high way of LIFE; no one ever follows God’s way and ends at low places of the earth (Isa 58:8)

Jesus reveals himself to us as ‘’the Way’’ and scripture makes us to understand that he is the word of God. There we can also refer God’s Word to God’s Way.

God’s Word is his method, approach, thought and His pattern for doing things. So in everything you want to do in life, get conversant with his ways and you will command His acts.

Every act of God is exhibited by his ways. So when you know his ways, you can never miss his acts (Psa 103:7). Moses was in command of God’s acts because he was a custodian of God’s way and by that he led 3 million Israelite.

If you want to be a leader in the world, you need his word. It is the ways of God you know that makes you a wonder amongst men.

What Benefits Do You Get In Following God’s Word?

1. It gives you possession to your Inheritance

If you want to be blessed by God, you must walk in God’s ways. Our inheritances are delivered to us via the word of God and it also grant us access to our inheritance. (2Pet 1:3; Lam 26:1-14)

2. It Shows Us the Way Forward in our Pursuit

God’s word reveals to us the way forward in time of dryness. You cannot be stranded when you abide in God’s word (Jos 1:8). Your prosperity is not determined by the economic trends but by the ‘’WAY’’ that you know (Dan 11:32b But the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits).

3. It Delivers Supernatural Breakthrough

Luke 5:1-8 The word of Jesus brought supernatural breakthrough unto Peter when I heard him.

4. It Gives Peace

If you want peace, follow the way of the Lord, how much you follow the way of God determines how much peace you can access.

The word of God is the path way to greatness, when you know the way; you don’t suffer delay or oppositions. You don’t need to ask God for blessings, as long as you follow his ways, his blessings will overtake you. God is not looking for who to punish but who to polish, He is not looking for who to use but who to bless.

JSS II Student Commits Suicide Over Boyfriend

Jessica Beer, a Junior Secondary School (JSS) II student of Gyegeh Memorial College Logo1, Makurdi, Benue state, has committed suicide. The female student according to sources drank a substance believed to be poison and was rushed to a clinic in Akpehe, before doctors confirmed her dead on arrival.
